After completing your payment, please send your blessing information via email to support@zenblessing.com. Be sure to express your wishes and intentions in detail so we can process your request accurately. -
Choose Your Sacred Location and Blessing Duration
Choose from our carefully selected sacred sites in Tibet. You can opt for the revered Meili Snow Mountain or other spiritually significant locations. Additionally, you can specify the duration of your blessing, whether it's for one month or one year, depending on your needs. -

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (Not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)
- Processing Time: 2-5 business days
- Standard Shipping Time: 10-20 business days
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding tracking information. After that, you can track your order using the provided tracking system "track your package".
PS: Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
3. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you do not receive your package within 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@zenblessing.com. We will either resend your package or issue a full refund.
We are also taking all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and communities.
4. Shipping for International Orders
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $200 are eligible for free standard international shipping.
- Customs and Duties: Customers may be responsible for customs, duties, and taxes based on their country.
- Shipping Time: 10-25 business days, but delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
Mail may be transported by ground, air, or a combination of both. Customers are responsible for all designated import duties, customs, and local taxes by their country and region.
- Additional Fees: The checkout total does not include additional duties or fees, which will be informed by the carrier. For UK and Canada:

Note: If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to China, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Lost Packages
We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and partner with reliable carriers. However, packages may occasionally be lost in transit.
- Replacement Policy: If your package is lost by the carrier, you may request a full replacement of your order, provided the carrier certifies the lost status.
- How to Request Replacement: Contact us at support@zenblessing.com with your order number and details about the lost package. We will confirm the status with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
- Post-Delivery Responsibility: ZenBlessing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
