1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (Not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)
- Processing Time: 2-5 business days
- Standard Shipping Time: 10-20 business days
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding tracking information. After that, you can track your order using the provided tracking system "track your package".

3. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you do not receive your package within 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@zenblessing.com. We will either resend your package or issue a full refund.

- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $200 are eligible for free standard international shipping.

Mail may be transported by ground, air, or a combination of both. Customers are responsible for all designated import duties, customs, and local taxes by their country and region.
